Our story began back in 1994 when our founder, Myles Luas, set out to create a business that could support his family and serve our community with integrity. He built this company from the ground up on a simple promise: never give up and never cut corners. To this day, that work ethic defines us—even when Myles broke both of his legs, he didn't miss a single day of work, fighting every day to provide for his family and keep his promises to our customers.
Passing the Torch (2017)
Growing up in the family business, Myles Jr. spent his summers learning the trade alongside his dad, gaining hands-on experience long before he officially joined the company. In 2017, he came on full-time, continuing the tradition of providing honest, dependable HVAC service to the communities his family has served for decades.
Today, Myles Jr. is a skilled technician who takes pride in treating every customer's home with care and respect. Whether he's performing routine maintenance, diagnosing a difficult repair, or installing a complete comfort system, he approaches every job with the same work ethic and commitment to quality that Luas HVAC was built on.
The Backbone of the Company
Behind every great field crew is someone making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For more than three decades, that person has been Luan Luas.
From managing payroll to bookkeeping, human resources, and the day-to-day operations of the business, Luan has kept Luas HVAC running through every season. While the technicians are out serving customers, she's making sure every detail is taken care of back at the office.
Her dedication has helped keep our family business organized, dependable, and focused on what matters most, taking care of our customers.
The Next Generation (2020)
In 2020, Julia Luas joined the family business, taking the time to learn every aspect of the company from invoicing and customer service to scheduling, operations, and day-to-day management. By understanding the business from the ground up, she gained a deep appreciation for the work that built Luas HVAC.
Today, Julia leads the company's marketing, branding, website development, and business growth initiatives while helping streamline operations behind the scenes. Her focus is on honoring the values Luas HVAC was founded on in 1994 while embracing modern technology and innovative strategies to ensure the company continues to grow for generations to come.
